Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Crofton, MD
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: Up to $55,000 annually

Are you passionate about people, process, and organizational excellence? Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a dynamic and growing company in Crofton, MD, to hire a Human Resources Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee orientation

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS updates with accuracy and confidentiality

  • Coordinate benefit enrollments, time-off tracking, and assist with payroll support

  • Help facilitate employee engagement and recognition programs

  • Respond to general HR inquiries and support internal HR initiatives and projects

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a HR support role

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
