Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Crofton, MD
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: Up to $55,000 annually

Are you passionate about people, process, and organizational excellence? Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a dynamic and growing company in Crofton, MD, to hire a Human Resources Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee orientation
Maintain employee records and HRIS updates with accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinate benefit enrollments, time-off tracking, and assist with payroll support
Help facilitate employee engagement and recognition programs
Respond to general HR inquiries and support internal HR initiatives and projects
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
1-2 years of experience in a HR support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
